Response to councilors push for Divisoria Car Park in CDO

Tukod nasad? I encourage councilors of our city especially the majority of Padayon Pilipino to look into this and think outside of the box. Especially kadtong mga gamhanan nga ga basa ani.

Bottom line is:

  1. Control supply of vehicles
  2. Curtal use of what is controlable and not what is inherently (scarce) which in this case is public parking
  3. Discourage use of private transportation

Property giant Ayala Land Inc. is considering to develop its 500-hectare property around Laguindingan Airport in Misamis Oriental into an industrial park. The plan is in line with the company’s plan to boost manufacturing in the country and support the Duterte administration’s thrust to develop the countryside.
